Does it get any better than great classic golf and pizza? Not in New Haven it doesn't. New Haven was a 2 day event with 2 rounds of golf and 2 rounds of pizza. Our first round was played at Willie Parks Jr designed Shorehaven followed by thin crispy pizza with hot oil at Colony Grill. Day 2 was at another Willie Parks Jr design, New Haven CC. New Haven may go down as one of the best locker rooms in golf? The debate goes on. Pizza on day 2 was a tough call between Franks and Sallys which we ended up choosing Sallys. The Clam pie over coals was the right choice!
